Wine description: IMPORTANT WINE
Colour: bright and very intense red with violet shades.
Scent: Intense and persistent with plum, black cherry and peach scent.
Taste: Dry, full and pleasantly fresh and generous.
Food pairing: For the whole meal, in moderation. It goes very well with ravioli, stews and roasts, also suitable for macerating red meats.
Serving temperature: served chilled 16 - 18°C
Characteristics: this is the result of the organic cultivation of the vineyard which, through plant fertilization, allows: biodiversity and corporate sustainability. Good agronomic practices, the absolute absence of chemicals and/or synthesis, characterise this wine which is marketed two years after the harvest, following its own evolution in aromas and perfumes. It reveals its characteristics over time.
